Oops! can you find the mistake on the ring?

An unidentified Pittsburgh Steelers fan purchased two Steelers Super Bowl rings in an eBay auction for more than $66,000… even though their was a tiny flaw. The rings belonged to a Steelers front-office employee.

A Pittsburgh paper did a story about the eBay auction and included a large picture of the ring… that’s when a die-hard Steelers fan took a close look at the ring and noticed something wrong.

The score of the Steelers’ game against Buffalo was engraved on the side of the ring, and said: Steelers 32, Bills 6. But, the final score of the game was actually Steelers 32, Bills 14.

The Minneapolis-based jeweler pulled the ring molds out of their vault, and hey found the wrong score was engraved into the mold… and no one ever noticed or corrected it. – oops.
